Our Journey
Metro Pet Hospital was established in 1998 by Dr. Satbir Singh Josan with a simple philosophy: every pet deserves compassionate, ethical and dependable veterinary care.
Over the years, the practice has grown through the trust of generations of pet parents in Gurugram. What began as a veterinarian-led clinical practice has developed into a multi-location veterinary healthcare service providing consultation, diagnostics, imaging, surgery, preventive healthcare, inpatient care and rehabilitation.
Our Approach to Veterinary Care
We believe good veterinary medicine is about more than treating an illness. It is about understanding each pet as an individual, listening to the concerns of the family, making responsible clinical decisions and providing clear guidance throughout the pet's care journey.
Our approach brings together veterinary expertise, diagnostic support and practical treatment planning to help pet parents make informed decisions about their companion animals.
Comprehensive Pet Healthcare
Metro Pet Hospital provides a range of veterinary services designed to support pets through different stages of life. Depending on the pet's needs and the services available at the relevant location, care may include veterinary consultation, vaccination, blood testing, digital X-ray, ultrasonography, ECG, surgery, orthopaedic care, dental care, inpatient care, post-operative support, physiotherapy, grooming and senior pet care.
Our Commitment
Our commitment is to provide a professional, caring and transparent experience for both pets and their families. We focus on clear communication, appropriate diagnosis, responsible treatment and continuity of care.
From routine preventive healthcare to diagnostic evaluation, treatment and recovery, our goal is to make veterinary care more understandable, accessible and comfortable for pet parents in Gurugram.
Compassion. Trust. Care.
These three values remain at the heart of Metro Pet Hospital. As the practice continues to grow, we remain focused on building lasting relationships with pet families and providing dependable veterinary care for the animals entrusted to us.
